Name: Lucie Simplice Camille BenoƮt Desmoulins
Nationality: French
Born: 2 March 1760 Guise, Picardy
Died: 5 April 1794 - Paris, Paris region - guillotined
Why he was awesome: In an age where men were called by their family names, Camille was just Camille. He was brilliant, short-tempered, quite possibly bisexual

Georges Jacques Danton

Name: Georges Jacques Danton
Nationality: French
Born: 26 October 1759 Arcis-sur-Aube, Aube
Died: 5 April 1794 Paris, Paris region - guillotined
Why he was awesome: he was attacked be a bull and a herd of pigs as a child. Which I'm sure sucked, especially for his mother. But he took those horrible scars and made them his own! And then he grew up and found women and took them and made them his own! ...or something...He is always depicted wearing a powdered wig, even though the French Revolution pretty much killed powdered wigs. But he liked them. So he kept wearing them anyway. He may or may not (may, definitely may) have slept with Camille Desmoulins. Danton's last words were also among the best, most epic and hilarious ever, and said to his executioner: Don't forget to show my head to the people. It is well worth seeing.

Besides all that, he was a very powerful man, both physically and politically, and greatly helped to influence the fate of the Western world, and all that jazz.

Conclusion: Damn fine.
(Both Danton and Camille were reputed to have been buried in the Errancis Cemetery, and when the cemetery closed in 1795, all the bodies were moved to the Paris Catacombs. So...as far as I can tell...they have no actual grave markers)
